This ink was purchased as a gift for my wife.

I was looking for an ink that would be a good combination with the Benu Essence Mint Ice fountain pen and Rhodia paper.

My wife is very happy with this ink. She loves the silver glitter and mint is one of her favorite colors. The ink was used in combination with the aforementioned Benu pen with a fine nib.

The ink flows well and gives no problems in combination with the smaller nibsize. The ink with glitters goes well on the paper and the color is dark enough that it is easy to read. No feathering.

This is a beautiful ink that really would be perfect for writing a special card etc. For me it is a little too flash for day to day use but if you are not using it in a corporate setting you will be fine.

The ink behaves differently depending on the paper. For me when I used cheaper paper then shimmer colour became the primary ink colur and when using a good quality paper you get the ink forward with the shimmer in the background.

All in all I am very happy to have this in my collection and will probably add some more heading into the holiday season.

Moon Dust: Dark grey with silver shimmers; Golden Sands: Dark yellow with gold shimmer.
Perfect for Christmas, made my cards look beautiful. Didn't clog up the pen at all, however, I did use stub nibs. Both look also nice with finer nibs as well, but the shimmer reduces drastically.
Ink looks also beautiful in the bottle, almost like shimmering oil. It needs to be shaken at regular intervals, the shimmer particles settle down quickly.

Ik heb nu een stuk of 5 inkten uit deze serie, de kleur is natuurlijk een kwestie van smaak maar alle inkten uit deze lijn die ik heb geprobeerd zijn echt heel erg goed wat schrijfeigenschappen betreft.

De glitters hebben mijn pen nog nooit doen verstoppen, ik heb ze in van alles getest van f-flex tot een japanse EF en zelfs die verstopte niet.

Als je het echt heel erg belangrijk vindt om alle glitters uit je pen te krijgen zou ik aanraden om hem in convertor pennen te gebruiken. Mij maakt het wat minder uit hoe mijn pen er aan de binnenkant uit ziet als het maar niet verstopt, en dat doet het niet.

Als je deze inkt in een piston vulpen gebruikt zul je wel een aantal keer moeten spoelen om de laatste glitter er uit te krijgen, of je moet voor lief nemen dat je volgende inkt mogelijk een verdwaalde glitter heeft (zo doe ik het :P)

Super mooie diep rode inkt met zilveren glans.
Ook mooi zonder glimmer, gewoon niet schudden voor het gebruik.
Laat je nib niet verstoppen. Ik zeg kopen!!!
Mooi rood is zeker niet lelijk in dit geval.

I had been looking for some more special ink for writing cards or special letters. I was searching for a not to bright and clear colour shade, I wanted an intensive colour with either o lot of shading or some nice shimmering. So I decided to go for the shimmering first and ordered this Blue Pearl second after enjoying the Diamond shimmering Ivy Green first. The blue is amazing. It is a very beautiful intense and rich blue. And the shimmering is very decent not to much just the right amount in my eyes but a bit more obvious than the Ivy Green. It pops some more depending how the light falls on it. It is perfect for the intense I wanted it.

I would never use it in one of my vintage pens with ink sack because the shimmering parts will fall out a bit so that you will never get it absolutely clean again.

Lucky me lover of more wet inks. It is more a wet than a dry ink.

I am really happy getting the Blue Pearl

I bought Red Lustre and Wine Divine. Theg really make writing even more fun and I could watch the shimmer roll around in my pen all day. Make sure to shake (gently) the ink bottle before you put the ink in the pen, otherwise you won't get any of the shimmer in.

Prachtige inkt waar de glitterende delen subtiel naar voren komen. Let wel op dat u een pen gebruikt waar de feed eruit kan! De glitter is moeilijk te verwijderen zonder de feed los te maken.

Verder verstopt de inkt niet en schrijft het heerlijk. Zelf heb ik de "Night Sky" en "Magical Forest" gekocht.
