Este estuche es adecuado para 1 pluma, del tamaño de una Namiki Emperor.

A principios del siglo XX nació una pluma estilográfica que utilizaba el arte tradicional japonés del "Maki-e". El cuerpo fuerte y atractivo con un acabado lacado, y el diseño fino y elegante de los artesanos son muy aclamados en todo el mundo, y esas habilidades y espíritu se han transmitido al nombre más famoso del mundo en plumas estilográficas Maki-e, "Namiki".

I bought this case from another authorized retailer. Due to the design of the case, your emperor pen may or may not fit inside. Whether it does depends on how close to the body of your particular pen the pen clip sits. On my pen, the clip is so tight/sits so close to the body of the pen that it is impossible to push the pen all the way into the case. The part of the leather that one is supposed to slide the clip over is simply too thick, and as a consequence the pen gets wedged and completely stuck in the case well before it can be fully inserted into the case. In that sense, the design is clearly flawed. Nevertheless, for pens that actually fit (i.e. either those with clips that are not so tight, or those that are small enough for one to get the whole pen (including the clip) into the main tube of the case) the case offers good protection.

Excellent Namiki leather case. In the first two weeks it was actually difficult to remove the pen from the case as it was a tight fit. This being leather, however, it expanded and now is fine. The case takes in the whole pen but the metal ball in the clip does remain exposed in the exterior. I mean, super expensive, but do I really want to risk my kids inheritance with any case out there ? :) Also, it's quite difficult to find cases that large or with a proper fit.
