Ik herschrijf mijn recensie omdat er iets fout ging in mijn eerste recensie.

Ik heb een Lamy 2000 gekocht met een Medium nib. Ik vind het echt leuk, maar ik vond het een beetje te veel aan de Brede punt kant. De installatie van een Lamy 2000 penpunt is zeer eenvoudig. Ik ben erg blij met deze fijne penpunt. Zeer soepel schrijvend, niet te fijn, een beetje zoals de medium penpunten van de Pilot vulpennen.

I wanted fine nibs to add to my collection of Lamy 2000s. Couldn’t justify buying more L2Ks so this was perfect for me. Shipping was quick and it came nicely packaged. I only received the nib instead of the whole nib unit including feeder, so please note this in case you are expecting a feeder too!

Bought this nib unit as a replacement and am delighted to be able to use my pen again. One of the few that sells the nib unit, service was excellent and was able to write with it once out of the box with no issues. Thumbs up.

Lamy make what is considered one of the best pen out there, if not the most expensive, the 2000. Surprisingly, it's very hard to find official replacement nibs. No more thanks to Appelboom, which as usual, offer fantastic service. The nib comes with the feed, which is great, as I've noticed not all Lamy nibs fitted all Lamy feeds, especially with older pens.

I am very happy with the Lamy 2000 EF nib, which I purchased from Appelboom. I asked the Appelboom team to check the nib and tune in according to my preference. When I received the nib, it was well tuned and wrote well.
The only complaint is that the website creates confusion concerning Lamy 2000 replacement nib. The thing is that on the Appelboom website, the picture shows the nib and feed together, and this creates the assumption that you will get replacement nib + feed. I was surprised when I opened the package and discovered the only nib without a feed. It was not a big deal for me because I had a spare feed (although I would prefer to get nib already attached to the feed), but for those who want to have both, this can be a problem. Maybe the Appelboom team could explain in the description of the item that the customers get the only nib without a feed or replace the picture that shows the image of the nib only.
Again, very happy with the service.
