Caran d'Ache - Caran d'Ache Varius Snakewood Fountain pen

The Varius Snakewood collection have a very special feature. The wood of the Brosnum tree, found in Guyana and Surinam, has a tiger red-brown appearance that resembles a snake and gives it its English name, Snakewood. Its contrasting colours, unique veining and rich variations confer a unique appearance and an exclusive appeal to each one of the pens. The vivid grain of the wood, and the brilliance of the silver plate coated with rhodium, reveal a character that is untamed and powerful, yet elegant and original.

The Varius fountain pens feature an 18ct gold nib in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, Double Broad, Oblique Medium or Oblique Broad nib widths and a cartridge/converter filling system.
