Montblanc Meisterstück LeGrand 166 Document Marker – Old Style

A particularly interesting Montblanc Meisterstück LeGrand 166 Document Marker in the classic Bordeaux colour, also referred to by Montblanc as Burgundy Red. This so-called Old Style model dates from the 1990s and has been discontinued for many years.

The 166 features the generous LeGrand size, comparable to the iconic Montblanc Meisterstück 146, and is made of Montblanc's characteristic Bordeaux-coloured precious resin. A subtle coloured lacquer dot on the top of the gold-plated clip distinguishes the instrument as a Document Marker.

The marker features a pull-cap design. Unscrewing the section provides access to the filling system for the special Montblanc marker refill.

A distinctive and increasingly difficult-to-find Montblanc writing instrument, appealing both to users and collectors of classic Meisterstück models.
