The Montblanc Meisterstück Classique PT 164 Ballpoint is slimmer and slightly smaller than the Meisterstück Le Grand collection. Both the barrel and cap are made of black precious resin inlaid with the Montblanc emblem with platinum-plated clip and rings. Each Meisterstück has a unique serial number.

Deze Montblanc Meisterstück balpen besteld, omdat ik zocht naar een pen van hoge kwaliteit die ook op goedkopere papiersoorten gebruikt kan worden. Het liefste schrijf ik met mijn vulpen, maar soms heb ik ook een balpen nodig indien het niet mogelijk is om op mijn eigen papier te schrijven. Deze pen is hier perfect voor. Het is echt een klassiek ontwerp, dat voor altijd mooi blijft. De (balpen)vullingen schrijven ook een stuk beter dan wat ik gewend ben van balpennen.

Al met al is deze Montblanc Meisterstück balpen het geld zeker waard.

Hesitated long time before buying this pen. Luckily Appelboom had an ultra black version available. Now this pen is one of my favorite writers. Nice in hand, excellent filling/ writing and iconic pen. Not the cheapest but hard to beat by any of my other pens.
