The TWSBI Diamond 580 RGT II White is a fountain pen with piston filling system. It is made of transparent polycarbonate, with rose goldplated details. The cap is smooth while the barrel is faceted. The TWSBI Diamond 580 RGT II fountain pen has clear barrel that shows the mechanism very well. The cap and the piston knob are bright white. The clear body gives the TWSBI also a different look with the ink it is filled with. The TWSBI logo finish the top of the cap.

The TWSBI Diamond 580 Fountain pen has a polished stainless steel nib engraved with the TWSBI logo, available in several sizes.

TWSBI fountain pens can be entirely disassembled for the purposes of cleaning and servicing. Instructions and necessary tools are supplied with each TWSBI fountain pen. Please note that the disassembly feature is only there for experienced users and is not necessary for normal use. Disassembly is at your own risk!

With a history of more than 40 years of manufacturing, including producing high-end pens for other brands, Ta Shin Precision decided to start selling under their own brand, TWSBI. The name TWSBI is made up from TWS and BI. ‘TWS’ is the reversed initials of the phrase ‘San Wen Tong’, translated Hall of Three Cultures, and ‘BI’ literally means writing instrument.

This is my third Twsbi, and as the 2 others I own is writes smooth out of the box. I love LOOOVE the colouring.
I kind of wish there was more of it on the pen, but it's really beautiful. I also like that all the pens are different.

Cleaning and maintaining is very easy too If you're a beginner to fountain pens this is a good starting pen (or maybe and eco if the price is above your budget) As it writes smooth out of the box and has a big ink compartment which means you don't have to fill it up as much as other pens.

This is my sixth TWSBI fountain pen. I own several other brands of fountain pens, but honestly TWSBI-es are my absolute favorites! I am finding the M nib on this particular model a little bit more narrow/not so wet as compared to other M nibs on 580 Diamond model. So if you like broader lines or wetter nibs, get a Broad. Otherwise I like it a lot. It has a very special, unique design and it is for sure one of my top 3 favorites

Ik heb nog nooit zo’n mooie vulpen gehad. En hij (zij) schrijft ook nog eens als een zonnetje.
De levertijd was twee weken en dat klopte precies. Prachtig verpakt, echt een cadeautje. Inmiddels heb ik de tweede TWSBI vulpen ook al besteld en in huis.

Absolutely gorgeous pen. The iris version gives it the stunning rainbow finish which I am a sucker for. It's a demonstrator with a large ink capacity so you can always see how much ink you have and its colour.
I got the stub nib and it's buttery smooth with the lovely ribbon effect. It comes with a wrench to disassemble like a lot of other TWSBI pens.
Fantastic pen, TWSBI always has outstanding quality considering it's price.

this is my second TWSBI 580 pen. Just like the first one, this pen is just fantastic. It fits perfectly in my hand, giving just the right amount of feedback that I love. I use it at work to write short notes or even medium length notes, i.e. a few lines of text with sketches... And of course the colours! Anyone who knows and is happy with TWISBI products will be happy with this pen.

This is my first TWSBI pen and I couldn’t be happier. The nib is tuned to perfection and the rainbow PVD coating is absolutely stunning. Additionally, the pen comes with a TWSBI wrench and silicone grease making it super easy to take apart, clean and maintain. Honestly wish more brands would produce products like this!

When your daughter is named Iris, and the rainbow color is appropriate, you have to buy it. By now, she has the medium variant, mine is the extra fine. A little touch of feedback, enough to be noticed, not enough to be hampered. Note: not on stock when ordered, but Appelboom's delivery guestimate was spot on.

De TWSBI Diamond 580 Iris is een (in mijn mening) leukere versie van de standaard 580. De kleuren passen goed bij de pen en de stub 1.1mm penpunt is prachtig.

Als je dochter Iris heet, en je ziet zo'n vulpen, dan moet je wel. Vooral als de kleurstelling toepasselijk is. Bij ontvangst blijkt hij ook fantastisch te schrijven, dus haar eerste vulpen is een hele goede. Diamine Majestic Purple past bij haar penpunt. Snelle levering door Appelboom.
