Dislikes..? The Section's a tad too short, the clip a little firm. That's it. Everything else is ace: the JoWo nib is smooth and precise, the resin is lovely, and it all just fits together so securely, being also an ideal size and weight. The amazing sprung cap liner is a particular highlight, too.
Verdict: a superb fountain pen, which the addition of a gold nib elevates close to perfection.

I love the Esties series from Esterbrook. They come in all kinds of colors and this Botanical Garden was on my wishlist for a while. I love the colors of this pen. I love the nib too which writes smoothly . Another thing I like about this pen is that the way Esterbrook designed the cap, the ink doesn’t dry out. Even after you haven’t used it in weeks, just unscrew the cap and you can start writing immediately. I highly recommend buying this pen. And if you buy it from Appelboom Pennen you get their service (and two stroopwafels! ????) too!

The Esterbrook Estie Botanical Garden GT is such a pretty pen. The colors in the resin look like tiny flowers and leaves, and the gold trim gives it a warm, elegant feel. It’s the kind of pen that makes you smile every time you pick it up.

I really love the Estie fountain pens! They are very well built, perfect size and the material is gorgeous. This Botanical garden colors are perfectly matched and evocative. Although the "fine flex" nib is pleasant and soft, it is not very flexible and requires you to press a little hard to vary the line's thickness, this is why my rating is 4 stars. Overall, my Estie preferred nib is the Journaler! Appelboom service is five stars though!

I love this pen. The colours are lovely and many colours of ink work in it. The nib is smooth and easy to write with making it a joy.
