Questions about the quality of the products bought in our store or webshop 

 

For complaints about any of our services, the website, maintenance questions, complaints about the quality of the products, or anything else, please contact us by e-mail at: info@appelboompennen.nl. Please note your order number, if possible, which you received with your order confirmation. We try to respond to all complaints/questions within 48 hours. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, we will reply within the 48-hour periods with notification of receipt and an indication of when you may expect a reply. 

 

Warranty conditions

 

The terms and conditions as stated on the website apply to all offers and orders. If you have received a defective or faulty product you can make an appeal to the legal warranty. A faulty or defective product caused by a manufacturing defect is covered under our warranty, meaning we will always try to solve the problem immediately and offer a suitable solution. Appelboom always repairs faulty products through the supplier.

 

To qualify for a warranty you must have have proof of purchase (also proof of guarantee). Without a proof of purchase we cannot process the complaint and resolve the issue.

 

This warranty does not cover:

 

  • Defects or damage caused by improper use.

  • Defects and wear which are not expected with normal use.

  • Changes to the product, such as repairs not carried out by the manufacturer or designated repair services.

  • Damage by intent, intensive use, or improper maintenance. 

 

Roadmap warranty and defects

 

  1. File a claim by e-mailing us at: info@appelboompennen.nl.

  2. Appelboom will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your request. Shipping instructions will also be provided.

  3. Appelboom will send a confirmation e-mail upon receiving your shipment.

  4. Appelboom then investigates your complaint and will suggest a solution within 48 hours.

 

Costs

The client is responsible for the cost of shipping a product to Appelboom. Appelboom is responsible for the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the client.
