For the first time this year, Kaweco has supplied a pen for the Dutch Pen Show. This Kaweco AL Sport is made from aluminium, coated in a beautiful yellow, to match the tulips from the Tulip Fields theme.
The pen is equipped with a steel nib, available in various line widths.
The box of the Kaweco AL Sport Dutch Pen Show Edition comes with a special commemorative sleeve, based on the ‘Tulip Fields’ theme.

Dit is mijn derde Kaweco AL-Sport LE. Op het moment dat ik de pen in het echt zag tijdens de DPS2023 was ik verkocht. En de pen niet veel later ook. Wat moet ik zeggen? Het is een prachtige aanvulling op de twee AL-Sports die ik al had. De zwarte nib maakt geeft het schrijven een speciale, maar prettige ervaring. En als ik een tip mag geven voor een bijpassende leesbare gele inkt, dan adviseer ik Diamine Golden Sands. Een prachtige goud-gele shimmer inkt, die uitstekent matcht.

Ordered this special edition to add to my collection of Kaweco AL sports which I really enjoy as EDC pens. This special edition has a lovely bright yellow matt finish. I ordered the Broad nib which is a favourite of mine on these small pens and it did not disappoint. On top of that fantastic service for Appelboom as usual so highly recommended!!

This is a stunning yellow gold in a soft metal finish. The black nib and finial makes the yellow standout further. A favorite among my other kawecos and so glad I have it…Thank you appelboom!

The color of this is just a gorgeous warm yellow! I love the black finial and nib. It writes so smoothly, with the perfect amount of feedback. The Appelboom site was easy to use, and shipping was very quick! These aluminum pens are a perfect weight and size (when posted) for size “Medium in disposable gloves”. Very comfortable to write with. ☺️
