Description

In homage to the first “Classique” pen, S.T. Dupont presents a brand new and more contemporary writing instrument to meet the requirements of modern-day men and women.

Fashioned from metal, the S.T. Dupont D-Initial pen boasts a sumptuously curved body that fits perfectly in the hand. The articulated clip, embossed with the S.T. Dupont coat of arms, fits comfortably onto your pockets and provides them with day-to-day protection.

The stainless steel nib of the S.T. Dupont D-Initial, result of 2 years of development, provides a perfect soft, smooth and rapid writing. The pen uses standard international cartridges or the supplied converter.

In 1872 the 25 year-old Simon Tissot Dupont had a vision of creating exceptional personalized luxury items for Parisian high society. At first S.T. Dupont started with producing luggage and leather goods, following in 1941 with the world’s first luxury lighter. In 1973 S.T. Dupont produced their first writing instrument, a ballpoint to match the beloved lighter of Jackie Kennedy. Nowadays S.t. Dupont offers lighters, writing instruments, leather goods, watches and fragrences to all kind of clients from kings and emperors to maharajahs and bankers. All products of S.T. Dupont are designed and produced in their own atelier in France.

Gorgeous. Feels great on hand. Write smoothly. Ink flow is uniform.

ST Dupont is not a brand discussed everyday, but it somehow provides a mystery on the user of this pen. At least, people started to make a discussion when they saw me writing and signing documents using this pen. An enchanting experience to feel the high precision of the steel nib flowing each letter reliably with no fault — comparing to many other contemporary big brands with lesser attention to writing quality and experience. One of the pens I trust!
