Description
The name Royal Paper stands for high quality paper with a special lined structure. The serie is available in white or chamois and consists of A4 blocks – A6 cards – A6 / 5 cards – C6 envelopes – C6 / 5 envelopes – Combi A6 card and C6 envelopes. This is a product of Rössler Paper from Germany and was designed by the famous “Grüne Punkt ‘. All envelopes from the Royal Paper serie are conducted, white has a blue lining and chamois a green. All the paper is suitable for copy, laser and inkjet. The A4 paper is made of 100 grams and all the cards in 220 grams.

Dit papier geeft uw brieven een zeer luxe en authentieke uitsraling door zijn dikte en het feit dat de structuur van het papier lichtjes zichtbaar is zoals bij het ouderwetse handgeschepte papier.
Ondanks dat het het uiterlijk heeft van klassiek papier heeft het niet de nadelige neiging tot feathering. Zelfs met een hele natte inkt in combinatie met een flex nib bleven de letters haarscherp.
Ik was lange tijd op zoek naar een papiersoort die het gevoel van klassiek papier gaf maar met de consistente schrijfervaring van modern papier, nu heb ik het bij dit merk gevonden.
Dit is geen ultraglad papier zoals Rhodia etc. dus als u feedback haat dan is dit niet het juiste papier voor u. De lijnstructuur geeft lichte feedback op mijn F flex nib maar het zit nooit in de weg met schrijven. Het onderbreekt de lijnen dus niet.
Echt een aanrader voor mensen die wat meer aandacht aan hun brieven willen geven

The paper has a nice off white colour and writes pleasantly with medium or broader nibs. Ballpoint writes excellent too. No feathering whatsoever.

My comments on the white edition in general apply here as well, with the difference of course in colour. Using it for a first time was an experiment in a certain sense, and it was with a Twsby Eco (fine) in combination with Pelikan Edelstein Aquamarine. The overall colour combination exceeded my expectations, it was a very handsome result indeed! Will still need to try out other colours of inks, but the anticipation is a positive one.
