As normal the M200 is a small but nonetheless great pen! Comfortable to use both posted and unposted, I actually do prefer to use it unposted despite not having small hands. I really appreciate the classic look and size of the pen.
I chose the tuning and smoothing service for the fine nib and this was well worth the few extra days. I am happy with my older Pelikan nibs as well, but this one writes even better!

A nice subtle pen. Light in the hand and not that big in size. The pen nib feels a bit flexible and writes smoothly. I think it’s a great pen to write with! The pen decorations are beautiful. The pen has an easy filling system. Happy to have this pen in my collection!

This pen in this beautiful marble brown is amazing. Gorgeous. Pelikan makes one of the astonishing resin for fountain pens. This is not the sourveran resins (they are pretty special) but nevertheless elegant, sober and amazing.
The fine steel nib is smooth as the heaven and the piston mechanism absolutly fantastic.

This pen I think was far more beautiful in my hands than on images I have seen, It is a small pen, but posted it was big enough for my hands. It was very light though, 14 grams inked up. I bought it with a broad steel nib. The pen is a wet writer, so the broad was too broad for me, so I have ordered a medium nib that soon will arrive. But with a dry ink I have managed and it writes beautifully. The nib was more bouncy than I am used to. All my other pens have more stiff and rigid nibs. But after I while I have gotten used to this. I am very much looking forward to experiencing the pen wit a medium bib. Conclusion: This is a jewel of a pen and for those who enjoy more live and bouncy nibs it will be a wonderful choice of pen.

Pelikan pens are really a no-nonsense pens. The nibs just write out of the box. It has a simple flat top with a Pelikan logo. Nice pelikan beak styled clip. The pen is small in size but once posted it’s of full size. The real adventure of using pelikan pens is because of their piston filler. The piston is way smoother than other pens I’ve used.
The cap is screw type but it opens in just a quarter turn. The nib is simple stainless steel nib but I found no difference between this nib and other gold nibs I’ve used. It writes extremely well, very smooth performance straight out of the box.
