The Namiki Yukari Chinkin ‘Beauty of Autumn Leaves’ celebrates the fall season that adorns our countryside, parks and gardens with thick carpets of golden leaves, precious like brocades with original designs of which nature has the secret. This ephemeral tapestry, which enchants eyes and muffles sounds, contributes to giving autumn landscapes a hushed, calm and magical poetry.
From this new Yukari emanates a soft and soothing charm, just like the fall season, that encourages self-reflection. The Chinkin, a subtle and very meticulous technique of chiseled points and lines encrusted with gold and gold or silver powder, makes the golden leaves blaze while the silver carp displays the quiet strength of which it is the symbol.
