My new Kaweco AL Sport Black fountain pen has surpassed my expectations! It is a solid AL fountain pen with a nice black velvet surface, has well designed dimensions for carrying it in the pocket (I use it capped when writing), its weight of 22 g is light to medium with a good balance for long writing sessions, its nib is extremely smooth, the ink flow is generous, and the maintenance is easy. It is a real joy to write with it every day!

This FP actually belongs to my husband but because of its size and weight, I borrow it quite a bit for writing my letters. Writes smooth and easy. I use cartridges which are easy to put in and the nibs as well are so easy to change. Awesome pen.
