Carnelian is a precious stone and a variety of chalcedony, family of agates, orange-red. In ancient Egypt, the Carnelian represented the red symbol of life. In lithotherapy, it is a joyful stone that brings vitality. It restores courage after hardships and intensifies concentration. 

Deep unsaturated colours with optimal pressure sensitivity, the J. Herbin 1798 Inks are illuminated with shimmering flecks of silver for an elegant finish. 

J. Herbin is the oldest name in pen inks in the world. M. Herbin created “The Jewel of Inks” in his shop on the Rue des Fosses Saint-Germain in Paris in 1700.

    Het is een mooie inkt die het beste naar voren komt met een brede of stub penpunt. Schrijft heel erg fijn, maar het is wel aan te raden om even je pen tussen je handen te draaien voordat je schrijft, zo zorg je ervoor dat de glittertjes zich goed verspreiden door de inkt. Maar dan heb je er echt veel plezier van. Ook een mooi inktflesje.
