The Otto Hutt Design 03 is nostalgic, straightforward and groundbreaking. From the cap to the shaft, the design03 speaks a language that connects past and present and yet is easily understood. The handcrafted production of Design03 reflects the connection between the history of craftsmanship and the present: the processing of the brass elements plays a special role. The shaft sleeve is shaped by precise CNC turning before it takes on its matt finish by glass bead blasting. The cap sleeve is milled from a single piece of brass and then finished. The decoration is partly lacquered and partly milled to give the writing instrument a straightforward look.
