Diamine is bringing back the Winter Inkvent Calendar! Behind each of 24 of the doors is a bottle of 12ml ink, while behind the 25th is a 30ml bottle (because it's Christmas after all).

All the inks are brand new. Some are standard, while others sheen or shimmer - and some do both!

Diamine ink is a water-based ink perfect for any brand of fountain pen. It is completely non-toxic and offers probably the widest range of quality fountain pen ink colors in the world - in both traditional and contemporary shades. Had fun swatching this collection and it really bought out the holiday season mood. My favorites were the shimmer and and sheen inks like Stargazer, Storm, Winter Spice, Pink Ice, Vintage Copper, All the Best and Subzero. But the standard ones were also good. Noticed that this collection though is dominated by blues and violets.

The Diamine Inkvent Calendar has one ink sample for each day until Christmas (December 1st - 25th).

- The little 12ml bottles habe a nice and sturdy design.
- The calendar gives you the chance to try out a wide variety of different inks (standard, shimmer, sheen or a combination).
- The 2021 Red Edition features a lot of darker inks. Many of them with shimmer or sheen.
- Unfortunately no green standard ink is included.
- For day 25 a 30ml liter bottle of a shimmer ink is included.

The Inkvent Calendar has been fun to use so far. Like the other reviews, so far it has warmer colors, but I'm hoping that a few blues and purples come later this month. Great packaging when you mailed it off. Thanks!

As known, Diamine had releaaed full bottle for each color in the last blue edition. This red edition seems to have more warm colors (whether you like it or not) , it may be fun to red, yellow, brown lovers.
