All our products are shipped in gift wrapping. Because each product is a gift, to someone else or yourself.
Orders in Europe and in the United States above €100 are FREE of shipping costs, international orders have free shipping from €250.
When I order, when do I recieve my package
We do whatever we can to deliver the package as soon as possible. Sometimes we can’t keep our promise because a product is not in stock and that delay the delivery. The stock status on the product page is an indication, no rights can be derived from this. Because we also have a physical store, it sometimes happens that there is a stock difference. Altough we always try to give the best possible information. If a product is not in stock, you will be informed within 1 business day. Please also note that the stock information is NOT given on option level.
Every pen is carefully wrapped so nothing can happen to it during transportation. Every day, we have pens which are shipped around the globe. We use PostNL, DHL, Fedex or TNT as our shipping partners. After we have shipped the product, we will sent you the tracking number, so you can follow your product. Most of the products on our site are in stock. Should you happen to order a pen which we do not have in stock at that time, we will contact you asap with the estimated delivery period.
The shipping costs for ink & refills (except ink bottles) are lower (and are shipped without a trackingcode). This shipping method also takes longer.

It is possible you would like to return the article(s) you ordered. This is possible within 14 working days after delivery on the condition that the articles remain in the unopened and original packaging and are not damaged in any way. The General Conditions tell you about the conditions that apply.
Attention: the shipping costs (including any import fees and duties) for returning the item will be yours. You need to notify Appelboom in advance of your intention to return the articles you ordered. After we have receieved the return the paid amount will be refunded. Returns have to be send to:
